变更日志

所有主数据和单据的修改都被记录在变更日志. 可以在相关窗口点击 右键 - 变更日志 调用本窗口.

所有主数据和单据的修改都被保存在一个表中, 按类型区分. 变更日志记录到字段级别, 即每次修改一列都会产生一条变更记录. 在 SAP Business One 中的修改不会记录在 beas 的变更日志. 例如物料主数据

不会自动删除变更记录, 但是可以通过 归档数据手工删除.

"Work order" for manufacturing Typ 2 sub-category Id 1 ID (Item ID, Document number etc) Id 2 Sub-ID (BOM position, Manufacturing position etc) Id 3 Additional sub-ID (Production BOM position, Production Routing position) Typ Type of change Change Field change Delete Deletion New New entry Info Information Column Name of changed column Old value Old, previous value New value New value Change Date and time of change By User ID, who executed the change Reason Change reason In configuration wizard you can activate a basic entry for changes in different areas. This is shown here. Key 1 Data base - field name of changed column Key 2...8 Various meanings, depending on thy data type. Example: Order time receipt
