Settings for personnel master data view

Field Description numeric personnel number Personnel (employee) numbers can be alphanumeric or numeric. Selecting this option, only numeric numbers are allowed. This has the following effect:

1. basic sorting in personnel list is alphanumeric
2. personnel number can not be chosen, it is assigned automatically

IMPORTANT Enable this option only, if no alphanumeric numbers have been assigend before. Otherwise errors could occur in personal master data.
