替代 DI-API 链接
User administration alternative DI-API-connection Extended: EMail Setup, User beas user Rights management
在 SAP Business One 中的用户 - Connection to DI-API 可以通过 Definition - General - Users - Connection to DI-API 访问
注意: 请在你真正理解此功能的前提下, 使用此替代解决方案. 从 SAP Business One 9.1 版本后, 不再需要 DI-API connection 功能.

In beas – user administration behind a SAP Business One-User a second user for a separate connection to DI-API can be set up. This makes only sense in case this user is different from SAP Business One-user.

Use Terminal or WEB-APPS: The user logs on as “Terminal” user (which is a phantom user, who may not be created, but has special license rights)
-
This user logs on to the DI API together with the user, who is stored in the system. The user stored there should have administrator rights. hmtoggle_plus1Further details This variant serves only as workaround, it is not recommended.
In this way the user works on the surface with the “terminal” user with the appropriate rights and invisibly in the background with the DI-API-user (usually the manager). Only one “beas user” is registered in the beas user management. The user starts beas without SAP Business One. In the background he logs on to the DI-API with the user, who is stored in Configuration wizard / System.
The user is registered 2x as SAP Business One user. 1x as the actual user (the user knows the password) and 1x as DI-API-user (this user can be shared by several users and the password is secret). This DI-API user has full rights. In the user administration in “DI-API-application”, the second user is specified.
In user administration under „DI-API-Connection“ the second user is entered. At logon in SAP Business One, the user enters his password and in the background a registration with the DI-API-user is performed. Thus, the user can use functions released for him in the SAP environment and beas can execute all the necessary functions.
