beas distinguishes between the following types of complaints:

Item Description Internal complaint An internal complaint refers to a work order, e.g. for semi-finished goods. This can be generated directly from the work order and is also managed via the work order. Production - internal Complaint

Customer complaint Customer complaints relate to delivery notes. These are generated from the beas menu.

Sales - Customer complaints

Supplier complaints Supplier complaints relate to goods receipt. These are generated from the beas menu.

Purchase - supplier complaints

Use the check boxes (Sales/Purchase/Internal), to define the possible assignment.
