The advantage of the SAP activity is that it runs over the SAP message system and thus guarantees uniform operation. However, if many actions are generated, the SAP system is not optimized for this enhancement. Too many mouse clicks are needed to process an action.

this presents the actions as a list, incl. direct editing possibility and allows the actions to be processed more quickly. If a purely beas action is generated, the window opens automatically as soon as a new beas action is available to the receiver.
