In many areas up to 4 UDF's can be stored in configuration wizard. Use the cog wheel to set up additional properties.

If you select a UDF using Ctrl+double click in a window, this window opens.

UDF - field information is saved to the data base.

Following settings are possible

Function Description bold / italic / invisible / protected Set hooklet to select format Color Select font color See Color selection Quick help Text entered here will be displayed, if you move the cursor over the respective object. View only No entry possible Entry mandatory Saving possible only if a value was stored Dropdown Store a drop down - list After change Script, to be executed after changing the column
