beas can be adapted customer-specifically in any way:

Insert additional function buttons anywhere in beas forms and SAP Business One forms
Insert any functionality in beas and SAP Business One forms on the basis of any events
Insert new lists, windows and reports
Block any fields and buttons on the basis of any events and/or specifications

The "beasscript" script language is available for this. Further details on this are provided in a separate Documentation.

All functions, changes, forms and reports are stored as files in a special directory on the server and then copied locally to the clients. Alternatively a central folder can be set up to which the clients have access. see Configuration wizard - System.
