For reports and E-Mails text components can be defined

Text component ID for text component Language Select language Type Use for which document type (eg Email for Email) Subject Only for Email: subject line Placeholders can be used - see below. for Example: FAO: <source_header.contactname>

Functions New Create new entry Delete Delete entry Edit Edit email text. An editor opens, where placeholders can be used.

Placeholders Placeholders can be inserted to texts, eg. today´s date: <today,yyyy/mm/dd>
