This table provides an overview of all existing operation types. The behavior of each operation type can be adjusted individually. (Edit) The check marks in the table show the current behavior. (Box checked =enabled)

Field description Field Description External operation It is an external operation. Active: only external resources can be selected. Inactive: only internal resources can be selected. Create purchase order You can create a purchase order with this operation. See External operation Create service purchase order Old function from beas 2005 ! Only available for compatibility reasons. If this option is activated, then an additional purchase order system for external operations is provided in addition to the default external production system. This system can be used to manage external productions using the service order. Use this function only if you run beas 2005 ! Register order times Active = you can register order times Register costs You can register external costs: instead of the normal time receipt screen, a costs registration screen is opened Report only OK hmtoggle_plus1 Only reporting "OK" Completion is reported without times, costs or quantity. If a milestone was stored, it is activated. No check of quantities, all other rules are checked. The following functions are not supporting this type:

• QC-orders
• Master-Slave operations
• Work order Backflushing No times If the operation the tab "times" is hidden. No times can be planned or reported. Mile stone It is a mile stone, no times can be reported. Only "OK".

Functions Field Description Delete Delete the type. Only possible if it is not in use. Use Show where used. Rename Rename the type Default Set this operation type as default.
