The following events are available by default

System Field Meaning System: daily unique event at the first start beas Event is executed at the moment beas is started for the first time at any work station. The event is executed only once a day.

Materials management Field Meaning item: item changed If an item is changed via SAP Business One master or the beas-item master, this event is called. Important: there is no direct reference to a window. You can´t determine what exactly was changed. This can only be determined in the History-window of SAP Business One

Production Field Meaning workorder: login Called, when a work order is logged on As additional condition a milestone can be stored. If no milestone is stored the event is called workorder: logout- can not close with min-quantity Is called when an operation sequence is logged off, the user tries to close the operation without having reported the full planned quantity. Prerequisite: in the affected operation the option "Extended - Block closing with less quantity" is enabled. workorder: check milestones Event is executed once a day at the moment beas is started for the first time at any work station. Messages are created depending on the milestones stored in operations, the stored dates and numbers of days (alerts) in the activity. These events can also be managed in milestone administration.
