The plugin has a feature, that allows you to transform the output it receives from executing the command.

First we create a holographic scoreboard:

It will look like this:

Note that the two top lines doesn't really add any value, so we will create a filter to filter them.

Now the top-line is gone, but the 2nd line is ugly, let's change that as well

Now it looks like we want it!
