There will be three initial files

- FM13 Starter Theme - features limited as available in FM13

- FM14 Starter Theme - Takes advantage of FM14 enhancements - button bars, icons etc

- FM15 Starter Theme - may not be needed
These will be used as the starting point for solution specific style guides
