Convert SARIF to JUNIT

This action converts SARIF files as exported by the Bicep command

az bicep lint -f azuredeploy.bicep --diagnostics-format sarif

to JUNIT format.

Usage

• sarifFile - the source SARIF file
• junitFile - the output JUNIT file
