For each troop need separated Actor, because troop is a linked actor

First step is select type of troop

Size changing - changing size of token => gargantuan-huge-large

Multi tokens - change count of tokens => 16-12-8

NPC Core - Create 4 large tokens, change count of tokens => 4-3-2.
