Within this Wiki page, you’ll find retrospectives in which will go over things that worked for past teams, and things that didn’t quite go well. Thank you for taking the time to read them, and good luck!
Key
Name:
1. Something positive, what went well
2. Something bad, what to improve on
3. In one word, describe the previous sprint and why
Oscar:
1. Finished his task, which was merging the components for trainers tab. We were really productive as a group. Group wise we recovered from the git well.
2. Nate didn’t work hard enough. Thinks he [Oscar] couldn’t improve.
3. Found the sprint to be “productive”. Starts talking about how individually productive we were.
Evan:
1. Learned the crap out of the metadata API. Happy with the team, we all did our jobs, good at inquiring requirements. Really happy with the scratch orgs. Really good recovering from the Git-Gate.
2. He could have not wasted time studying the ANT migration tool. Spent a lot of time trying to fix problems that weren’t there. Hasn’t given the Gantt chart to project lead yet. Feels like he hasn’t coded at all yet. We (not Oscar) need to step up our production. Communicate better all around.
3. “Textbook”, because he feels like he the sprint was textbook and went well. Coo
Patrick:
1. Learned how to use the aura if tag. Completed the feature, found it easy. Believes we were pretty active, didn’t get too sidetracked.
2. Catching minor errors. Git Gate was a mess, very terrible. We are too dependent on JD for Git knowledge. We should have learned how to do it effectively.
3. “Okay” did do some major work but was marred by Git Gate. Doesn’t know if we are all on the same page.
Nate:
1. Good dev-op handling, very organized. And good recovery from Git Gate. Good team work, and good team dynamics.
2. I could have had more initiative, needs to communicate more often. Humbleness [Oscar specifically] Task delegation could be better.
3. “Adequate” because it was satisfactory, could have been better.
