Restaurant respects XDG directories specifications

• ~/.config/restaurant/restaurant.el - your local changes and customization (via GUI) changes
• ~/.config/restaurant/ - custom configfiles directory
• ~/.local/share/restaurant/themes/ - custom themes directory
