User panels

This is the gallery of user panels. In the 1st flat I used a selfbuild Raspberry Pi with touchdisplay. Below the touchpad there is a dot matrix module to show some status information if the screen is off. Currently it is just the time, but next step is to show for example window states. When a resident leaves home he or she can see very fast that every window is closed. The phone is attached to a fritzbox 7170 with asterisk applied to communicate between the flats and with visitors ringing the door bell.

In the second we used an old tablet. The fender amp is a nice gimmick to attach the cables and the telephone socket.
