A management topic exists, e.g. "well-managed". A buffer value can be built up on a work table, like researching leadign to research points -> "10 per hour worked". Over time, the buffer constantly drains, e.g. "10 per day".

As long as the buffer is > 0: There is a map wide bonus to all colonists.

Benefit: In case of large colonies, single pawns can charge up and maintain bonuses for the entire settlement. Only becomes viable with larger settlements, since the bonus multiplies with the amount of colonists while the effort is constant.
