Chef's Aprons are an item that can be worn on the player. They serve no other gameplay purposes. It was added in Version 1.3.0a.

Usage

Chef's Aprons can be equipped to avoid getting non-existent stains on your clothes.

Despite only being equippable on players (and armor stands), some mobs like Skeletons and Zombies are actually able to wear Chef's Aprons if done so through commands. Here's one you can use to make the nearest mob attempt to wear one, just make sure you're holding an Apron. /item replace entity @n[type=!player] armor.legs from entity @s weapon.mainhand
