one of the reasons why help desk support roles are important is because it allows customers to contact the help desk when they have problems they want to resolve. Help desk specialists focus on assessing problems and identifying solutions during the majority of their workdays. This indicates that their primary skills are technical, but this isn’t always the case.
anytime i needed help with a situation before code fellows and during my classes somebody in a help desk support role was always there to assist me in my problems,there critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills definitely aided in my situation.
