Clustering jBPM-EE requires that each node of the cluster points at the same jBPM databases. Additionally, JMS should be setup to support clustering in your target container.
JBoss EAP 6.1 provides a preconfigured High Availability (Clustered) configuration: standalone-full-ha.xml
