Incidents

Incident Creation

When the Panic Button Mode has been deactivated, the user will be prompted and asked

"Did an Incident Occur?"

If the user responds "Yes" then an Incident will be created. When an Incident is created, the Incident as well as the associated audio and GPS files will be uploaded for stored on Care Corner's server.

If the User responds "No" no Incident will be created and any associated audio recordings or GPS dat will be eliminated.

Accessing/Managing Previous Incidents

Access to previous Incidents is located on the Reporting Assistance screen which can be accessed from the Main Menu.

Users can access information about an Incident as well as the audio and video recording files.
