If you'd like a quick review of how the tools work, or to help you get your documentation set up, I sent you a Doodle poll for you to indicate your best time(s).

The next important dates in the project are:

• Next week (week of Jan 30): getting started and a review of the documentation tools
• Week of Feb 6-10: Photo sessions and task organization. Photographers and Videographers, this is your time to shine! We'll need 3-4 others for note taking and other wrangling as well. Specific dates and times coming soon.
