RTS Device Info

The RTS Device Info app is a simple tool designed to show key system-level device information about an Android device. You can view just summary information which is the key information about a device that RTS' Engage software is interested in. When information is presented in a detailed view, a whole lot more information is displayed.

To update the information display, tap the Update button. The new data is appended to the display. The Clear button clears the information panel while Copy will copy the contents of the display to the clipboard so that you can paste it into notes, emails, and so on.

One more thing, the information display is an editable text field so you can insert your own notes and comments for troubleshooting and informational purposes.

Obtaining the app

The Android APK is distributed with Engage product releases and support bundles rather than from a public download host. Contact [email protected] for the current rts-android-deviceinfo package, or check the rallytac/pub repository and release notes for your Engage version.
