Here I will lay out all the functions and troubleshooting for the program.

1. # Setup

First of all we need to know how to setup for The Job Fair.

On the Actual interfaced side (I.E. laptops and hardware at the jobfair), all laptops need to be

• connected to WiFi (Ethernet)
• have pre-intall drivers and .Net installed
• Have the COE-JOBFAIR program installed
• Connected to the TTU VPN
• Have the ODBC connection configured (See ODBC connection section)
• Printer and Card Scanner Connected
• Make sure that laptop is powered and blue light shines on printer.

1. # Errors

1. Message Box Errors (POP-UP)

• “Please Ask for help (Printer Error)”
  • Check power to printer
  • Check connections from printers to laptop
  • Check ODBC connection
• “Please Ask for Help (Connection Error)”
  • Make sure VPN is setup
  • Check Wifi Connection
• “Please Ask for Help (Database Error)”
  • Make sure that the server is up and running
  • Check connection settings
