There are up to three VPN profiles that you may need access to get access to ARC-TS resources. For the VPN profiles and software, see the ITS VPN page.
All ARC-TS staff can use the following:

- All traffic: all traffic is routed to UM's VPN service and then routed to the destination. Useful where you do not trust your wifi/network connection.
Systems, Storage, DSI / Hadoop teams:

If you encounter any problems connecting to or using VPNs or bastions hosts let your manager know ASAP.
Our general use of cloud tools (Google calendar, Google Mail, Slack, Google Meet, BlueJeans, etc.) will be used in a similar manner as to what you would use in the office.
