• There is a template for Lighthouse-focused hardware.  There will be templates for GL and A2 soon.
• There are two templates for signatures
  • ARC-TS and PI
  • ARC-TS, PI, and third financial person
• If needed, one can upload a PDF from a Google doc to use, if specific language is needed
• Create a document from the cluster template and a document from the signature template
• Merge those two documents together into a documented named something similar to "Memorandum of Understanding - Faculty Owned Equipment on Lighthouse lh0240-lh0242 for <PI>"
• With the new merged document, select "Invite to Sign', and assign the ARC-TS signer to the ARC-TS directory and the PI signature to the PI (both email addresses)
