In this cog-wheel menu users could specify the following simulation-wide parameters:

• the Photon Energy (on the Beamline page only; the reports on the Source page have their own report-specific photon energy, where applicable)
• the Sampling Method:
• Automatic (default) - users specify the sampling by the Sampling Factor field
• Manual - users specify the sampling by the appearing horizontal and vertical Number of Points vs Position fields
• Horizontal and vertical Center Position
• Horizontal and vertical Range of Position
• Intensity Plots Width (possible values are 100, 200, 400 (default), 800, 1000 pixels; the original size could be retained as well)
• Intensity Plots Scale:
• Linear (default)
• Logarithmic
