Robot Signal Light (RSL)

A safety requirement on all FRC bots, the RSL simply reveals to any observers whether or not the robot is enabled. If it is plashing, the robot is enabled. If it is solid on, the RSL is powered and the robot is disabled. If it is held off, the RSL isn't receiving power (either the bot is off or the RSL is disconnected).

The RSL is connected to the RSL port on the RoboRio.
