Getting a GitHub account set up

Chances are good that if you're reading this, you already have an account. But in case you don't, follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://github.com.
2. Click on the "Sign up" option.
3. Follow the instructions to create a personal account.
4. When asked to select your personal plan, choose "Unlimited public repositories for free."
5. In the "Tailor your experience" step, answer the questions as you feel appropriate (or click on the link to skip this step).
6. Once you've created your account, send your user name to Mr. Healy, so that he can add you as a contributor to the team's repository.
7. Watch your inbox at the email address you used to create the account for a note from GitHub, inviting you to be a contributor, and follow the directions to accept the invitation.
