Request Access

1. Request access here
2. Put your employee serial number in the box next to "login serial number", then click the button
3. Click "Request new Windows AT&T User ID" on the left side
4. Fill out your information, then click next

Download the AT&T Network Client

Prerequisites

-ISSI (Should come installed on your machine)

Steps

1. Go to here
2. Select your operating system in the left hand side
3. Search for AT&T Network Client
4. Download and install the latest version

Mac Troubleshooting

If your machine isn't listed

1. Open the Mac@IBM App Store
2. Click Applications under Categories
3. Click Refresh under "Check for New Policies"
