Creating Release Notes - quality-manager/onboarding GitHub Wiki

Creating Release Notes or adding Workarounds/Limitations for the various releases includes following steps:

1. Create a Task-development in the Rational Quality Manager Project Area. This can be done using "Create from template" option while creating the workitem and choosing "Release Note Task". We need to provide the "Planned for" details and we can create the workitem.
2. Add the original defect as parent for newly create Task-Development workitem.
3. Add the content for the Workaround/Limitation into the Task-Development.
4. Get the content reviewed by the UA team.
5. UA team will publish the Workaround/Limitation to the Jazz.net release notes page for applicable product version.
