A Cygwin-specific helper, its purpose is to kill all of the CHARP cgi-fastcgi clients. Be aware that it does this by killing all of the perl processes, so if you have other perl programs running, it may kill them too. Will abort if not running under Cygwin.

$ ./kill-fcgi.sh
