• communication is now going in the right direction

• push code more often
• communicate when you not able to your tasks
• start communication earlier
• inform the team when your absent → tell your status more often
• move more discussion into Github branches rather then using WhatsApp
• create much smaller user stories: goal 1 user story = 3h effort
• the Friday before the Sprint review with Patrick: prepare Retrospective and Planning first, before starting with pair programming

• @Markus: control that user stories are small enough
• @Vanessa: every team member must write his/hers status every weekend on Saturday at 17.00
