Context and Problem Statement

For saving our documents we needed to choose a sharing platform which also allows an edit mode for multiple users.

Considered Options

  • Google Drive
  • Dropbox

Decision Outcome

Chosen option: "Google Drive", because comes out best (see below).

  • Good, because it offers the possibility to share documents with team members.

Dropbox

  • Good, because it offers the possibility to share documents with team members.
  • Bad, because the documents can't be edited by multiple users simultaneously.
