Login
The login screen will have server: https://data.psi-mis.org but user always will be able to change to any other server.
- Write the user and passwords fields an click on log in button.
- Wait for metadata sync.

Home Screen
When the sync finishes user will see the list of all programs
- HNQIS programs and RDQA programs will be displayed.
- At the right top screen user will be able to filter this programs list.
- Filter is going to be splited into " Filter by date " and " Filter by data status "
- At the left top part of the screen a burguer menu will be displayed if user select this menu will see the home screen menu this contains functionallity as: settings, about and log out.

Settings menu
When the user select this option will be allow to:
- Sync data
- Sync configuration
- Sync parameters
- See the reserved values
- Open log sync erros
- Delete the local data
- Restore the app data and local configuration.

Creating an assessment on the DHIS2 Android App
Here you can find a detailed guide about adding a new assessment on the DHIS2 Android app by following the next steps users won´t have any trouble adding their HNQIS2 or RDQA registers.
- When the user select one program he will be able to see a another list of enrollments.
- For adding a new one user have to click on the search icon and select one date if there´s no enrollments that date an empty screen is displayed and the " Add " icon will appear.
- Once the user clicked the add button the next screen is going to be displaying the enrollment details and the attributes. To proceed just select the Save icon.

Once the user has complete the enrollment, will be able to create a new assessment selecting the stage and click on add new.

Inside of the assessment, complete all the mandatory questions if you want to finish and complete the assessmente otherwise only finish option will be able

If you scrol down save icon will appear on the right bottom screen.
- When the assessment has been completed you can see reflected on the previous screen

Feedback Tab ( Only available on Android Fork )
- User will be able to visualize the assessment feedback by clicking on the three dots of the right top screen and then select feedback.
- Feedback contains all the results of the assessment, failed and succeded questions.
- User will be able to filter by mandatory or non mandatory questions.
- The show only failed questions selector makes that feedback only show the "Failed" questions as his name indicates, but for that happen the program questions must have "Legend" attribute previously configured. Otherwise nothing will be displayed.
- Sharing icon is use to send the result of the assessmet to another person selecting the preferred method.

Home
Going back to the home when you find the list of programs, you also will find at the bottom a button to display the analytics page.

On the analytics page, it is possible to find the different groups of visualization at the top and below this the visualization section

Chart Options
When the three dots at the upper right side of a chart is clicked a menu will be displayed showing three options:
- View as Table: this option converts the chart into a table showing the same data.
- Period Filter: this option allows to filter the chart by an specific period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and other).
- OrgUnit Filter: this option allows to filter the chart by an specific organization unit.

Table Options
When the three dots at the upper right side of a table is clicked a menu will be displayed showing five options:
- View as Bar: this option converts the table into a bar chart showing the same data.
- View as Line: this option converts the table into a line chart showing the same data.
- View as Value: this option converts the table into a bullets chart showing the same data.
- Period Filter: this option allows to filter the chart by an specific period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and other).
- OrgUnit Filter: this option allows to filter the chart by an specific organization unit.
