is coding fun and cool - projectsteward-io/steward-learning GitHub Wiki

NO.

At least not for me. It's painstaking and arduous and awful. It's easy to forget variable names, syntax, etc. It's like writing a long document of instuctions, and there's a good argumenet that learning code is somewhat obsolete given that artificial intelligence can write instructions a whole lot better than humans can.

so where's the enjoyment - I think there can be enjoyment found in understanding the underlying principles and going a little deeper in computer science topics rather than going deeper into a programs document base, extending the learning torwards areas that you think are interesting and cool, whether that is hardware, or data structures, or computer networks, etc.
