Peppy is the first model of the Peppy Players.

The Hardware component of the Peppy has the following features:

• It is based on the popular single-board computer Raspberry Pi 3.
• High quality audio achieved by using integrated Amplifier module HiFiBerry Amp2 and Sony speakers.
• The Hardware has seven "senses" to control its functionality:
  • Mouse
  • Keyboard
  • Touchscreen
  • Infrared Remote Control
  • Rotary Encoders
  • Voice Assistant
  • Any computer in a local network or mobile device with Web Browser

Here are the differences of the Peppy Software component from the µPeppy Software component:

• Peppy touchscreen resolution is 480x320. This is the resolution of the TFT used for Peppy. Though UI is dynamic and can scale up/down to any screen resolution.
• As Peppy leverages Rotary Encoders it's using corresponding software which handles Rotary Encoders.
