Abyss Ships are structures that are found in Deep Ocean Biomes with the use of a Deep Sea Explorer Map and are the primary way to fight the Colony Queen
If the Colony Queen was not defeated prior, upon approaching the Abyss Ship in survival mode the player will be given a static vision of the Colony Queen, afterward having mining fatigue until the player exits the vicinity of the structure or kills the Colony Queen inside the structure.

On the outset of the central part of the Abyss Ship is a ring made of Prismarine Bricks, Dark Prismarine and Deepslate Tiles, which makes a complete loop and connects to itself, beneath each 4th of the ring is a basement (of which, there are 6 different varieties) that contains Abyss Dwellers and 1-2 barrels containing 5-15 Iron Nuggets, 3 Biomechanical Scales a 1/3 chance of a Phaser Blade Sharpening Kit or a Phaser Armor Repair Kit and 0-4 Eper Fruit or 0-4 Rotten Eper Fruit

Upon entering the top hole present in the center of the Abyss Ship, the player will enter a series of enclosed tube-like rooms that quickly lead directly to the Arena of the Colony Queen
When the player approaches the sleeping Colony Queen in the center of the arena in Creative, Survival, or Adventure mode the Colony Queen will wake up and the fight will start, sealing off the exit from the Arena. If the player dies or exits through any methods, the entrance will open again and the Colony Queen will be back in the sleeping state. If the Colony Queen is defeated the treasure room directly below will be open and the chests in said room unlocked.
The treasure room contains 6-7 Barrels that cannot be opened unless the Colony Queen Above is defeated, there will always be 6 barrels containing one piece of the entire Phaser Set in each along with Biomechanical Scales, Iron Nuggets, and Gold Nuggets. Each Abyss Ship has a 1/3 chance of spawning a barrel in the center of the treasure room containing an Aiónios Thánatos Music Disc along with the basic loot found in the other barrels
Below the treasure room is the basement, containing 2 barrels that have the same loot as the basements on the ring, and a chest in the center containing 9 Eper Fruit or Rotten Eper Fruit and 2 Eper Fruit Seeds, the only natural source of the seeds for the player.
