If you are a Doctor then it is presumed that you have a degree from a recognised university i.e. MBBS,BAMS or BHMS . Or you might be Dictor of philosophy i.e. Phd.
If you fulfill other criteria like
1 age limit according to category you belong
2 citizenship
3 attempts

Yes sure. For becoming an IAS officer, you should be between the age of 21–32 yrs to prepare for ias (for General) & a bachelor's degree is required. And Doctors have an over edge in the preparation as they study for long hours during their MBBS course which enables them to carry on long studies for UPSC. Many UPSC toppers each year are doctors and I think you should give it a try.

Of course, you can. Nothing stops you from becoming an IAS officer if you qualify otherwise. There are IITians who are working in Indian Revenue Services and Indian Police Services. You can be of great service to our country men as Administrator cum Doctor. Good luck.
