Free wifi hotspot wiki

The Free WiFi Hotspot Directory is a neat resource I saw in someone’s comments to a piece on wifi “sharing”. It boast of listings for 5,700 free wifi connections across the country. I checked out my home state of North Carolina and was able to confirm that all the “usual suspects” were listed.

If you do much traveling outside your local area this little directory could be a big help.
