This video was produced of a “Barrier Analysis Team” at NASA for the purpose of illustrating “many of the barriers an employee with an idea encounters within the organization, including management styles, institutional inertia, organizational silos, and complexity of processes”. As someone who’s been kicking around corporate IT for over a decade I found the story told in the video to be all too familiar.
