freeIPA

As promised, Red Hat is finally moving ahead with an open-source identity management framework called freeIPA. This combination of Fedora LDAP Directory, SSL Certificate Authority, kerberos, DNS and NTP protocol servers is designed to provide secure, auditable, centralized management of policy-based access to hosts and applications. The initial version 1.0 server download is designed to be run on a Fedora Linux testbed and satisfy some pretty ambitious requirements detailed on the site.
