This one comes highly recommended.

Security Now! from Steve Gibson (you know, the guy who brought you the Spin Right disk repair tool) computer security issues in general, with a heavy emphasis on current threats like virus outbreaks. His sidekick Leo is a little too FM-radio for me, but I especially appreciate all the news from the desktop world, something I don’t see much in the server and middleware resources I usually trawl.

Nice thing about this particular ‘cast is that it is offered in a number of formats, including my favorite, the “Quarter size, bandwidth-conserving,16 kbps (lower quality) mp3 audio file”.
