Frame carriages function the most like RedPower frames - they move only blocks directly adjacent to their faces. They are created using orange dye, in the standard carriage recipe.
Faces of a frame carriage may be toggled between open and closed by right-clicking them with a screwdriver. Sneak-clicking a face toggles the side opposite that face.
Frame carriages can be used interchangeably with hollow carriages - no adaptors are necessary.
Carriages define the shape of blocks to collect.
Sides of a carriage are either open or closed. Only open sides interact with blocks.
Carriages are created by shapelessly crafting one dye with either one or eight carriage frameworks. Carriages can be returned to frameworks by placing them in a crafting table.
Carriages can be decorated - this causes closed sides to take on the appearance of the decoration block.
