MCTB Symposium 2019: Single Cell Hands on Workshop
Installation instructions
Please follow these instructions to ensure you and your computer are rady for the workshop:
Data and code for workshop
Please download the following zip file (available noon on Thursday 4/4/2019):
- Data and code for workshop (.zip) - This will open up the zip file in GoogleDrive. To download please click the download button which looks like a downward facing arrow on the upper right of the webpage. Then click the "Download anyway button".
Unzip the file into a folder where you want to run your analysis. It contains a folder that houses all the data and code for our workshop on Friday.

Workshop with Seurat agenda (4:30 - 8:30):
The hands-on single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) analysis training session will continue following the symposium in the same room.
