Many other mods can be used in conjunction with Equivalent Integrations. In fact, it was designed explicitly to work with other mods!

Storage Systems (AE2, Refined Storage)

These mods are the primary reason to use Equivalent Integrations. Create a Transmutation Chamber down, and put a Storage Bus on it, and all the items you can craft with EMC will appear in your storage system.

Better Builder's Wands

The ProjectE Transmutation Tablet is augmented when Equivalent Integrations is installed: it will automatically supply blocks (that you know how to craft) to Builder's Wands. Never make another supply run again!
