This command will essentially rebuild the knowledge you have gained in your Transmutation Tablet. This is only required if you have somehow gotten duplicate entries with different damage or NBT values, which was an issue in very early versions. In newer versions, this shouldn't happen (if it does, please report it as an issue!).
