All-black sectors near Lilliput Steps

If your hack uses some of the original game's maps and story, you may be searching the map for "unused" areas to add rooms and find these two sectors. These two sectors are not unused in the vanilla game. A few destinations for warp(n) commands (written as [1F 21 XX] commands in CCScript dumps) are in there, which you can see if you switch to the "Warp & TP" tab in EBME. These warps are used in several cutscenes that show all black, including when the photo guy appears in the Cast/Credits scenes. If you need these cutscenes or want to use the warps yourself, then do not edit these sectors.
