Introduction: Gmail is a popular email tool that is used by users across the globe for their personal as well as official communication. You can check the steps given below to sign up for a page.

Prerequisite: Active internet, Desktop/Laptop/Mobile/Tablet any electronic device, An active Gmail account (For recovery purpose), Personal details i.e. Name, mobile number etc.

Step 1: Open the Gmail Sign-Up Page Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Go to the Gmail sign-up page: https://accounts.google.com/signup.

Step 2: Enter Your Personal Information In the sign-up form, enter your first name and last name. Choose a unique username (this will be your Gmail address, e.g., [email protected]). If your desired username is unavailable, select one of the suggested alternatives or try a different variation.

Step 3: Create a Secure Password Enter a strong password containing at least 8 characters (mix of letters, numbers, and symbols). Re-enter the password in the confirmation field to ensure accuracy. Click Next to proceed.

Step 4: Verify Your Phone Number (Optional but Recommended) Enter your mobile phone number for account security. Click Next to receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the 6-digit verification code received on your phone and click Verify.

Step 5: Provide Additional Details Enter a recovery email address (optional but useful for account recovery if you forget your password). Provide your date of birth and gender in the respective fields. Click Next to continue.

Step 6: Review Google’s Terms and Privacy Policy Read Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully. Scroll down click I agree to accept the terms and proceed.

Step 7: Customize Your Account (Optional) You need to personalise your account settings. You can choose to enable or disable certain features, such as ad personalization. Click Next to finish the setup.

Step 8: Access Your Gmail Inbox Once the setup is complete, you will be redirected to your Gmail inbox. Google may provide a brief tutorial on how to use Gmail. You can start sending and receiving emails immediately.
